You can thank me later. :) Ceviche CRAZE… I’m so into it! • Jocoque Tostada with Mango Peanut Fish Ceviche: • • Tostadas • • Parmalat Jocoque Seco • • 10 limes, juiced, divided • • 1 lb red tilapia , cut into ½ inch cubes • • 1 jalapeno, minced • • 1/2 cup cilantro • • ¾ cup red onion, diced • • 3 tablespoons olive oil • • 1 tablespoons hot sauce of your choice • • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder • • 1 tablespoon salt • • 1 large orange, juiced • • 1/2 teaspoon chile flakes • • ½ cup salted peanuts • • 1 avocado, sliced • • ½ teaspoon black pepper • • 1 cup tomato, diced • • 1 mango, diced • • 1. Pour half of lime juice into a mixing bowl, then add in cubed tilapia and mix to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill for 20 to 40 minutes. • 2. Combine remaining lime juice and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a spoon. • 3. Remove marinated tilapia from refrigerator. Drain fish and discard of lime juice. • 4. Mix drained tilapia fish into the bowl with all the ingredients. • 5. Spread a heaping tablespoon of Jocoque on a tostada. • 6. Top with ceviche. • 7.
