At the end of March 2023 I finally got the answers I had been looking for and was officially diagnosed with ADHD. • This video marks the next chapter in my content creation journey post diagnosis, where I will be trying my best to start uploading more regularly again, now I know why I was struggling so much before and now hopefully all of you can understand a bit more too. • If anyone else watching also has ADHD and would like to share any advice for others please comment down below, or feel free to reach out to me on any of my socials which will be linked below.
