For the start of the official Oktoberfest celebration in Munich, Germany (which is unfortunately cancelled this year), I've decided to review a beer from an authentic German brewery, Weihenstephan, and I'll be taking a look at their Festbier, the 2020 release. This is a Festbier-style Oktoberfest beer that I've had a few times before, and I've always enjoyed it, so let's see how it treats me this time around! • Commercial Description: • A full rich bodied, hoppy, seasonal lager. Especially brewed for the Festbier season. This beer truly represents the Bavarian way of celebrating. Deep gold color, great mouthfeel and lots of flavor.
