This custom-built pilot pattern bonder residing in APPLIED Adhesives' Minnetonka, Minnesota lab applies specific patterns of hotmelt adhesive dictated by the pattern controller. In the first pattern the technical services team is applying a standard bead of adhesive. The second pattern being applied is a stitch pattern. The last pattern applied is a swirl spray pattern.
