Pav bhaji canapes - perfect way to serve good old pav bhaji in a brand new avatar • PAV BHAJI CANAPES • Ingredients • 1 cup leftover pavbhaji • 4-6 leftover bread slices • Butter for greasing + for spreading • Grated processed cheese for topping • Grated mozzarella cheese for topping • Fresh parsley sprigs for garnishing • Method • 1. Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease a baking tray with some butter. • 2. Cut bread slices into roundels using a small size cookie cutter. • 3. Spread some butter over each bread roundel and put them onto a greased baking tray. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 4-5 minutes or till crisp. • 4. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzlewith leftover pavbhaji. • 5. Pipe out the pavbhaji over each roundel. Top each canapé with some processed cheese and mozzarella cheese. Put the canapés onto a greased baking tray, place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or till cheese melts. • 6.
