See instruction below. • I defrosted an eye round roast beef for Easter Sunday and made mashed potatoes in the process. Both on the very easy scale. • My father in-law shared this unorthodox recipe I didn't think would work out. Well, as usual I was wrong. Check out how easy this is and enjoy the footage. • Recipe: • Season roast beef (i used salt, pepper and garlic powder) • Preheat oven to 500 degrees • Cook for 5 minutes per pound • Once done shut oven off and leave in oven for 2 hours WITHOUT opening the door at all)very important) • Once done take out of the oven and cover with foil for 10 minutes before slicing • Enjoy • #roastbeefrecipe #statenisland #stayhome
