Ratheesh • • Dathuputhri is a serial with a beautiful blend of real life scenarios and characters of ordinary people who prosper in the real world. Dathuputhri revolves around the story of a village girl named Kanmani. She is an adopted child to her parents. The serial is directed by renowned television director A.M. Nazeer. He has also directed successful fiction shows in Mazhavil Manorama such as Parinayam and Pattusari. Malayalam actor Rizabawa is doing a main role in this serial. South Indian actress Meena kumari also has a full length role in this series and it is her second serial in Mazhavil Manorama after Pattu Saree. • Plot • The story of Dathuputhri revolves around a village girl named Kanmani. She is the lone survivor of a landslide and gets adopted by the State government. She reaches the family of Nandakishore (District Collector), and Hema, who had lost their daughter. The furtive re-appearance of their lost girl, Meenu makes things take an abrupt turn.
