Check out the New 4K Gaming Tutorials Website • https://lan7834.wixsite.com/4k-gaming... • It would seem by the name, this card is supposed to be a founder's edition PCB card with and advanced aerodynamic flow system that still uses the blower style fan to expel heat out the back of the case, where the outputs are located. Since this is the case, I tested the card out in a moderately cooler environment to ensure that the issue wasn't thermal throttling, and the card was reaching it's limits. After I completed this test, I also ran tests in my normal gaming environment, which happens to be moderately warmer due to my overclocked CPU and ram putting out so much heat and, at times, the room isn't properly ventilated to accommodate such heat output.
