Moderated Skype Rooms Only Possible with Old Skype Versions

http://SeeYouOnSkype.com Skype 6.22 and 7 now has no way to moderate a Skype room with the most controls we had before. Skype room members can change the Topic and Picture if its not locked for users. This command (which I will show you in a moment and in the video), can not be used in new Cloud based Skype rooms. It can only be used in Skype rooms created in older versions of Skype (5.3, 6.2, maybe 6.14). Plus, as you see in the video, even if you created the room as a p2p based grup chat (with older versions), you can not enter the command while running current Skype even if you created the Skype room.
