Here we’ll detail the steps on applying RockTape Kinesiology Tape to the backside of the knee. This application can reduce pain and inflammation in the area. • Start with our standard 2 inch tape and measure the first strip from mid-hamstring to mid-calf. • Round the tape’s corners to avoid catching on gear or clothing. • To create the window, fold the tape in half and cut down the center, 2 inches from the fold. • Stretch the skin by stepping forward, keeping the leg to be taped straight. • Tear an end then anchor mid-hamstring, strip pointing down. Pull away the release paper, taping over the back of the knee and calf. • Pull the 1 inch sections away from each other to create a window around the back of the knee. • Rub to activate the adhesive. • Thanks for watching!
