First off thx people for watching, second lets make things clear. Here in Nova Scotia if you own property that becomes a trough fare for people to get to point A to Point B YOU as in the LAND OWNER HAS to 100% mark their property with designated signs of danger ie:chain on trail.. • Through out the video does ANY ONE see a no trespassing sign? other then the decade old one at the bottom of the trail facing the opposite way we traveled ? Who do you ask permission for access when there is nothing to stop you from accessing, there was no signs or chains at the top of the trail. • You LAWYERS can think and say what you want, my buddy, the guy in the front was hospitalized for 1 week with 2 broken ribs, broken hand and, bruised neck bones. HE IS DISABLED NOW CAN NO LONGER WORK and support his wife and child, because there was no sign. We are experienced riders, I my self have 15+ years riding, he has just the same, we follow the rules, if you know this property it goes behind a university , behind an old age home and up into a community area EVERY one uses the trail. This happened to be our first time traveling on it with our bikes, we walked it before and never seen the chain or any no trespassing signs, we liked the trail and said we should ride it sometime, MONTHS later we did and still no signs but we found the chain . • You kids can say what you want, I know the PAID LAWYER is fighting for my friend for his damages, Luckily for me I just messed my knee up,been in physio for a bit, I'm doing better, as for my friend, a husband/father/brother/son HE IS DISABLED due to this property owner not putting any proper signage. • Yea very good there is a sign there, but think about it dumb ass, how do i see a sign from BEHIND, how do i see a sign 10 feet in the air facing the other way.????????
