How to make your own Cherry Blossom chocolate candies at home. #cherryblossom • Cherry Blossom candies have been discontinued :( .....but you can still make your own :) • Cany making playlist: http://bit.ly/1U17xY4 • 1 / 2 cup icing sugar • 1 / 4 cup shredded coconut (I used sweetened, I recommend the finest shredded coconut you can find) • 1 / 4 cup peanut butter • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts • 2 cups chocolate chips (I recommend milk chocolate chips) • Place the ingredients in a saucepan and stir and melt over medium low heat until smooth and liquid. • Fill the cavities of a chocolate mold or a plastic egg carton to about half. Spread up side to make chocolate shells. • Allow to harden. • Cherry cream • 1 / 4 cup icing sugar • 1 tbsp or so cherry juice (from the jar of maraschino cherries) • Stir together until smooth and runny (add enough juice to make it runny) • Place a tsp of cherry cream in the hardened shell, drop in a cherry and then cap with more melted chocolate mixture. • Allow to harden. Wrap in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
