Here's a new pilates chair or as some call it Wundu chair workout. This is a full body workout with a focus on the abdominals, obliques, legs and glutes. This workout is good for all levels as I give spring modifications to make these exercises easier or harder depending on your fitness level. My glutes and obliques were sore the next day, it felt amazing!!!!
