This is a review of the Unit-T UT381 digital lux light meter from Meterics. For detailed specifications, visit http://meterics.com/product/unit-t-ut... • Video Transcript: • Hi everyone, today I'll be showing you how to use this Digital Lux Meter from Uni-T, the model number for this meter is UT318. Before we get started, this one actually comes with another version that has a USB input so you can transer the data from this meter on to a computer or spreadsheet or whatever ypu'd pfrefer. So let,s get started, just press this buttopn to turn it on and instantly yopu'll get a reading. As you can see on top here it says AUTO and right now it's measuting 1000 but if you wanna get more precise and if you wanna go on manual mode, just use this range button here the blue one. If yu click it once you'll see that it actually measures in tens, hundreds and even thousands. But also the second button is very uiseful, it;s the HOLDbutton so as of now you vcan see the numbers Fluctuating around just press that and the numbers will basically freez and the numbers wont jump around and fluctuate. Press that again and you'll fgo back to normal. It also comes with a MAXand MIN functionand if you push this button once you get the MAX funcrion. Basicallty the maximun reading in real time and oif you press it the second time it's basically going to be the minimum reading in real time. Press that a third time and you go back to normal. Also the 3rd button on the right here is the UNITbutton. If you press it once it'll go from LUX to Footcanles. Foot candles being FC on the screenm here so depending on what you'd preffer. just press that once more and got back to lux.As metioned before
