The Mexican Firing Squad Special was discovered by world traveling cocktail writer Charles H. Baker and Published in his book The Gentleman's Companion Volume II: Around The World With Jigger Beaker and Flask. According to Baker it was created at the La Cucaracha Bar in Mexico City around 1937. That's all the history I can dig up on this one. It's a very refreshing slightly sweetened Ricky style drink.
