First you're going to want to unlock the bait station with this two pronged key at one of its two unlock positions placing the key in the box and pulling back like this, and once the box is open you can see you have a bait tray and then a bait hook, and I'm going to show you how to place the bait on the bait hook. Like this. Once you place the bait on the hook like this you can close the box, and once you hear the snap, it's closed. This bait station has two large holes as you can see, for rats or smaller including insects. You can place this box horizontally or vertically against any wall, but not in a corner because you will block one of the holes. Now I'm going to show you how to do this. Let's go. When placing the Protecta LP Bait Station, you can place the bait station horizontally, flush against the wall not blocking the entrance or exit, or placing it vertically making sure not to block the exit and entrance.
