Signal or speak to the students what skill you will be demonstrating • 2. Keep your snorkel in your mouth and your diving mask on your face • 3. Take a few deep breaths and be relaxed • 4. Show when you are ready to take a deep breath and swim face down to the bottom of the deep end of the swimming pool • 5. Swim relaxed from the deep end of the pool to the shallow end of the swimming pool • 6. When you reach the surface keep the snorkel in your mouth and clear it first by using the blast method and the displace water method • 7. Resume normal breathing • 8.
