Before you can get this treasure map, you must have arrived in chapter 3. Then you get the mission “The New South” and after this quest you have to find an NPC. He can spawn on 11 different locations in the World. • • You don’t get the Map willingly so you have to steal it (Rob , Kill or catch the guy). • If you fail three times to get the map, you can bought the map from a fence vendor. Everything else you see in the video below. • At the end you get some gold bars again, which you can sell for $1500 at any fence vendor.
