It's a great size for take-along music sharing. To use it, charge it up by plugging the included USB cable into any powered USB port, such as the one on your computer. The light on the front of the unit turns from red to blue when it's charged. When you're ready to listen, plug it in to your music source (such as an MP3 player), give it a twist, and crank up the tunes. There are three LED light setting to choose from by pressing the effects button. The unit will cycle between blue, green, amber, and red, or you can choose to have the unit glow one color. You can also turn the light off completely. When you're done playing your music, turn it off, twist it back together, and put the speaker and the cable into the handy carrying pouch.
