In this video my daughter and I are making a new type of sponge cake and we are adding chocolate chips too it. • Here is some of the equipment I used making this video: • Ulzani VL49 mini LED Video Light: https://amzn.to/3jBmhBc • Ulzani Phone tripod mount: https://amzn.to/3e4YWGF • Ienza Patch adapter cable: https://amzn.to/3mnFSqe • Recipe! • Ingredients: • 125g butter • 3 eggs • 300 ml sugar • 300 ml flour • 100g chocolate chips • You'll also need a frying pan you can put in the oven. Make sure it has a metal handle and not a plastic handle. • Step one: • Switch on the oven to 390F (200C) • Step two: • Melt the butter in the frying pan. Set aside • Step three: • In a bowl mix the eggs, flour and sugar • Step four: • Pour the melted butter into the bowl. Make sure to swirl the butter around the edges of the frying pan before adding it into the flour mixture. Mix well. • Step five: • Add cake batter to the frying pan • Step six: • Add chocolate chips • Step seven: • Pop the frying pan in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Use a cake tester to make sure the cake is done. • Enjoy!
