To do this, we enable regular expressions in the Find and Replace function and use it to remove all instances of line breaks. • If you don't wish to merge all the lines, you can manually skip the matches in order to join only the lines you wish. For instance, you may want to skip over headings, titles, figures etc. as these are not part of the paragraphs. • This can also be accomplished by using more complex regular expressions to match specific lines.
