Hello my darlings • In todays video we'll be looking into and discussing a very viral tattoo story that is about a tattoo artist from Arizona, U.S.A called Sosa (Cutzsosa on Instagram) who supposedly tattooed a 9 year old last year who then returned a year later at 10 years old to get the tattoo touched up.
