For the past 6 months I have been experimenting twice a day with using Essential Oils on my skin (diluted of course). I used essential oils for many years with just a diffuser but recently I have found the amazing benefits of applying essential oils to the skin. Essential oils are anti-bacterial and anti-fungal so they have incredible results with cleaning the skin. The skin also absorbs whatever you put on it, so you receive the medicinal effects of the oils very quickly and noticeably when you put them on your skin.
