cooling fan assembly: • https://amzn.to/3gP9sEk • • 2005 pt cruiser with an overheating issue during idle. upon inspection after the overheating issue i discovered the fan was not running. First things I checked were the low and high relay then the 50 amp fuse located in the fuse box under the air filter housing. After these checked out i jumped the fan and could hear the motor running but blades were not turning. After removal realized the pin and blade engagement were broken. I wound up replacing the motor only and the fan is working again perfectly. I got the fan motor from auto zone for $55. Hope this has been helpful and thanks for watching.
