A few times I've attempted to make a banana-forward hefeweizen but that is ground I've already covered in previous videos. It occurred to me that it would be more fun to bring in some commercial examples to taste alongside my homebrew. We had hefeweizens from Weihenstephaner, New Glarus and Fair State.
