Fry 6-8 pieces at a time so not to • bring oil temp down. This is important so • your chicken remains crisp and not soggy. • Drain chicken pieces on paper towel. • On high heat put 2 tbsp oil in wok. Add white • onions, minced garlic and ginger. Stir for • 1-2 minutes. Add sauce and bring to a boil. • You will see your sauce thicken. • Add chicken pieces and stir just to cover • with sauce.
