Lymphatics from the thumb, index, and lateral part of the hand follow the cephalic • vein. • They pass through the “deltopectoral groove” and pierce the “clavipectoral fascia” to • terminate into the apical group of the axillary lymph nodes (see axillary lymph nodes). • 𝑰𝑰.
