Sales Consultant Ricky Tran walks us through how to program your garage door opener to your Homelink System on a 2022 Lexus LS 500. • Step 1: Find the three Lexus Homelink programming buttons in the front seat of your vehicle. In this vehicle, they are located on the rearview mirror. • Step 2: Press and hold buttons 1 and 3 at the same time until you notice the Homelink indicator light turn green and begin to flash. Release both buttons. • Step 3: Grab your garage door remote and hold it around 1 - 2 inches from the buttons. • Step 4: Select desired button to use for garage opener. Push selected button and release. Then, push and hold the open button on the garage door remote until the light flashes green on the rearview mirror. • Step 5: Find the garage door control box in your garage and look for a red or black square button labeled “Learn Button.” • Step 6: Press the “Learn Button” and get back in the car. You’ll need to press the first Homelink within 30 seconds to sync the two. • Step 7: Press and hold the selected button for 3 seconds and let go.
