I generally use Nendran bananas. These banana chips are good teatime snacks or any time snack when you want to munch something while reading a book or enjoying the monsoon rains. • These banana wafers are made from green raw banana or Nendran and the final outcome of the recipe is deep yellow colour chips. It is super easy to make as it requires only raw bananas, coconut oil to deep fry, turmeric for colour and salt to taste.
