Are there certain policies that everyone has to follow but because you're higher up in the organization, you don't necessarily have to do it. But by not following the rules and people noticing it... that's a distraction. • Because they’ll be saying, “Hey, he doesn't do that stuff. Or she never does that. Why do I have to do? • Do you want these conversations to happen? I understand, in your position, you don’t have to follow all the rules.
