This cheese ramen is my ultimate go to recipe that I've been making since forever. All you have to do is boil your ramen for 1-2 minutes to soften, rinsing is optional but it get's rid of all the excess oils. Now in your boiling soup base, make a tornado and drizzle your beaten egg slowly. The eggs get so fluffy and flavorful this way! Add your noodles and let it boil another 2 minutes. Top with a slice of american cheese and sprinkle of green onions.
