This Poly Blackwire 3310 (which actually has a red wire?) does not disappoint. • Audio quality is great, people on the other end tell me my audio is great, and it is comfortable enough to wear all day (rotating between left and right ears hourly). • It has a hand controller on the wire with Mute, Volume +/- buttons and a call button (Your software may or may not make use of the call button, but the other three work in hardware.) Despite the model name, it has a red wire with a USB-C (oval) plug on the end, although they helpfully include an attached USB-C to USB-A adapter in case you want to use it with a USB-A (square) port instead. • I wouldn't spend any less for a headset if you intend on using it for more than an hour at a time.
