How to replace a Sump gasket ford mondeo mk3 st220, • First your need to get the car in the air and support it on axle stands, ( i removed the front driver wheel for better access) and remove the front flexi pipe, held in place but 2 15mm nuts and 2 15mm from flexi to exhaust. • once this is out the way your need to remove the bracket on the back off the sump by removing the 2 10mm nuts. • Then there are 15, 13mm bolts some are studs so your need a 13mm deep socket for these. There are 2 13mm bolts that go into the bell housing. • This job was simple to do, but due to some rusted rivet bolts on the flexi pipe it made this job that little harder.
