I have no room to give them, it means the question mark is so big, the unknown is so big that no one really knows what will happen the day after. On one hand, we want to plan for 2024 and for the incoming tourism. On the other hand, as long as the evacuees are here I cannot take them out. They are refugees. They have no house to return to.
