Today we are going to be going over a recipe that will get you into DEEP KETOSIS and burning body fat like crazy! The plan is simple, we're going to make pork belly in bulk! The beauty of pork belly is that on it's own, its incredibly fatty and has no carbohydrates. This enables us to get into what is called deep ketosis. In order to achieve this, the fat macros must be very high! The range for deep keto is 1.5 grams of fat per every gram of protein. • With this meal we are going to get into 1.5 keto macros very easily! At this level of deep keto, hunger will be a thing of the past. This diet is incredibly easy to stick to once started, and the body fat is going to being flying off.
