Bake at180c for 20 minutes. Serve with yogurt. • Vegetable Shawarma Rice • Basmati Rice • Frozen Mixed Vegetables • Vivera Shawarma Pieces • Cook the rice and frozen vegetables. Fry the shawarma pieces. Mix altogether. • Tofu and Butternut Bake • Teriyaki Tofu • Butternut Squash (no need to peel) deseeded • Red pepper • Red onion • Garlic • Ginger • Soy sauce • Maple syrup • Chilli flakes • Salt Pepper • Chop tofu and vegetables into cubes, season with minced garlic and ginger. Add the rest of the seasonings and bake at 180c for 40 minutes turning the mixture half way.
