How to run faster 100m dash sprint Track Workout for runners. Speed workout for sprinters who run Track and field or play other Sports that require Speed such as Basketball and Football. This can also help improve sprint speed for Baseball and Soccer! The focus of this workout was to do repeat 150m dash intervals with short rest of about 1 to 2 mins. We switched it up in the middle of the track workout and decided to finish off with just two 100 meter dashes.
