It was never the plan to get this deep into the Cub Cadet 2166, yet here we are. We pulled the valves out of the Kohler Command CH16S in Part 1 of our unplanned Head Service and saw how scored and pitted they were from overheating and undercaring, so now it’s time to lap them in, install their new seals, and reinstall the springs and keepers.
