Samp with peanut butter is creamy, delicious, filling and keeps you warm on a chilly day. • Let me show you how I cook samp with peanut butter/manhuchu anedovi • Ingredients for Samp with peanut butter/manhuchu anedovi • 3 cups Samp/manhuchu • 2 tablespoons salt or to taste • 2 tablespoons peanut butter • water • black pepper optional • How to cook samp with peanut butter/ manhuchu anedovi • 1. Wash and soak samp for at least 1 hour or overnight to make it soft. • 2. Cook samp on medium heat for 11/2 hours or until tender. stir inbetween to avoid the samp from sticking to the bottom of the pot. • 3. Add salt and peanut butter and mix until combined. close the pot , reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 10 minutes. • 4.
