When Madison Beer's 'As She Pleases' EP dropped a couple years ago, it immediately started a sizable reaction around the world, placing the name of the new singer on the lips of instant fans and industry tastemakers. A mix of self-assurance, sensuality and terrific songcraft made for a pretty much irresistible package. Beer's moved quickly since then, too. That initial recognition for her indie project has blossomed into a deal with Epic Records, and back at the start of 2020, Beer showed her followers further growth with the elaborate sci-fi narrative of her very cool Good In Goodbye vid, as well as the sizzling lament of her Selfish vid, both of which she conceived and directed.
