Prepare you grill to cook on a temperature of around 180°C • 2. Cut the lime in slices • 3. Fill the seabass with the lime, rosemary and garlic • 4. Knot the fish with the rope • 5. Put some oil on the skin of the fish and put it on the 'indirect' side of the kettle grill • 6. Put some smokewood on the charcoal • 7. After 20 mins we grill the fish directly above the charcoal • 8. Grill for approx. 1 min per side for a crispy skin • 9.
