Today I am heading to a place called Peach Arch Park which is split in half by the US/Canadian border which separates Blaine, Washington and Surrey, British Columbia. Here there are no walls, no fences, and no razor wire. Only a ditch that separates the United States and Canada. But when your's truly steps over international boundary he finds himself coming into contact with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. But will this RCMP officer respect my constitutional rights under both US and Canadian law to record in public?
