The sacral chakra is our creative center and the element of water. • • Bringing this chakra into balance allows more joy, intimacy, and creativity to flow into our lives. • • Today I will talk about healing this chakra within 3 categories. • • Physical - Moving the body • • Mental - Using our words, thoughts and mind in a healing constructive way • • Emotional - Using our emotional state to bring about healing • • • • Healing the Sacral chakra • • Physical - dance, listen to music, sit by the water, drink more water, or swim. • • Mental - Affirm using any of these power words listed below • • I am ________allowing, receiving, open to, willing or in the flow of] • • Then fill in the blanks with any of these following words: • • Joy, pleasure, creativity intimacy, sexual healing etc. • • Emotional - do things that bring you joy for the sake of it bringing you joy. Breathe into the sacral (just below the navel) and watch the air come and go from this space.
