Capraia Island Winery La Piana • Here we are on the island of Capraia with Alice Bollani of La Piana Winery. • Capraia is a sleepy little island three hours by ferry off the coast of Tuscany. • Alice and her small team make fabulous wines using ancient techniques such as ageing the wines in terracotta vases. • The winery is a labour of love.
