Piccata al limone with spaghetti aglio e olio • • This zesty piccata is very juicy tender and very easy way to cook authentic recipe.spaghetti should be cook perfect, their timing when the water returns to a boil put salt and oil in it and cook pasta 8 to 10 minute. • As a my experience food should be cooked in always midium or slow flame,as shown in my video. • Ingredients • For one person • 1 no - chicken brest • 1 no - egg(beaten and use half) • 100 gm- flour • 3 gm -mustard pest • Salt to taste • 2 gm crushed black pepper • 1 pinch Rosemary chopped • 40 ml white wine • 70 gm spaghetti • 20 gm salted butter • 1 table spoon olive oil • 5 no caper • 4 slice lemon • 2 gm red chilli flakes • 10 gm parmesan cheese grated • 1 no green chilli • 10 ml water • 4 no cherry tomatoes • 1 rosemary sprig. • Tags:#goodfood #alamintues
