This video shows a very simple rail subassembly as a demonstration of the cant feature in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Subassembly Studio. This is clearly not a production subassembly - it consists only of a sleeper and track points. It is intended only to demonstrate the cross slope/rotation of the subassembly geometry in the corridor model sections based on the baseline alignment cant settings. • A full production subassembly (both light and heavy rail) may be easily built on top of the subassembly component shown in the video.
