The MMDA go back to West Zamora Street in Manila. • For comments, go to / ytgadgetaddict • The pedicabs were given a warning, move to the small side streets or be confiscated. The pedicabs left and so did the MMDA. But when the MMAD returned 30-60 minutes later, the pedicabs were back again. They were conifscated on the spot. • The footage near the end of this video is a mix of my main camera and a Facebook live video. It took about 15 minutes to get the armored van drivers to surrender their license for the ticket. • There's many reasons why the MMDA want to see a license before letting a vehicle move on. Not only do they issue the ticket based on that license but it also allows them to catch drivers who simply don't have a license. You might be surprised by just how many people have never taken an exam for their license but still drive anyway. • Normally if a driver cannot or will not surrender their license, refuses to hand over their license, the vehicle would be impounded.
