Ravel at the piano playing his composition Pavane pour une infante défunte / Pavane for a Dead Princess in 1922. It was imprinted onto a piano roll, and then long after his death it was played back and recorded, which is why the sound is so clear. The tempo and dynamics were not altered in this process.
