How to Make Homemade Apple Cider I Heart Recipes

Hey y’all! This Slow Cooker Apple Cider is a comforting, warm beverage for those crisp, cool fall days! https://iheartrecipes.com/slow-cooker... • I absolutely love apple cider. Store-bought is okay, but there's just something about making my own at home. It’s bursting with so much flavor, and my house smells so darn good! This recipe is simple and tasty, you have to give a try. • For this recipe I prefer to use Granny Smith and Fuji apples. Slice them up along with a couple of oranges. Wrap the apples, oranges, cloves and cinnamon sticks in cheesecloth, and place these in the slow cooker. Sprinkle in sugar, and pour in the water. After 3 hours, mash the fruit in the slow cooker. Cook for another 3 hours, remove the fruit and place in a separate bowl. Mash it a little more. We want ALL of those flavors!
