Such documents include affidavits, depositions and interrogatories. • 01:13 - Oaths/Affirmations: The purpose of administering a verbal oath or affirmation is, again, to compel a client to truthfulness. • 01:42 - Signature Witnessing: The purpose of administering a signature witnessing is to certify that a document signer is who they say they are and that the signature was made by the signer. • 02:15 - Certified Copies: Confirms that a reproduction of an original document is true, exact and complete.
